What is my rate?

I charge an hourly rate of $110.

For parties greater than 4 a $40/hr charge will be billed for waitstaff.

does that include food?

No. Groceries are billed separate to the client. Client is responsible for the purchase and serving of alcohol.

How long does a dinner last?

2-3 hours, depending on the number of courses you choose.

who buys groceries?

Chef hand picks all of your groceries to ensure quality and freshness the day of your event. This is billed hourly rate.

Client is responsible for having olive oil, canola oil, butter, salt and flour available to use.

Does the client provide the cookware?

Yes. Client is responsible for providing all cookware, dishes, flatware and glassware. Adequate pots, pans, baking sheets, and cooking utensils are to be provided by the client.

What area do you service?

Dallas. Travel outside of Dallas will be subject to billed travel time.

what if i need to cancel?

Your deposit is fully refundable up to 5 days before event.

what does the client need for a dinner party?

Tablecloth, chargers and napkins. (Rentals available)

Candles welcome, unscented only please. (Chef will bring white, unscented votives)

Please note that if dishes are not clean and ready to use this may delay dinner and will incur billed time as a result. If you’d like Chef to set the table please notify in advance.

On the day of your event Chef will need all of the dishes to be used clean and laid out. Dishwasher is to be empty and kitchen is to be clean. Chef will also need ample storage space in your refrigerator and ample counter space, please remove any unnecessary clutter. Your kitchen will be left in the condition in which it is found. Chef asks that the kitchen be free from distractions such as pets, children or guests while working otherwise a $300 inconvenience fee will be billed to the client.

Think about the kind of music you'll be playing and consider the lighting. Creating an ambiance ensures for a great experience!

Your reservation is not guaranteed until you have paid your deposit. Service will not be provided until client has signed the employment agreement.
